Business: 5 Reasons to Employ College Graduates with No Experience
67.
ツ★ I write this for all the frustrated College Graduates around the world:
Everyone in life once had a first job and in most cases this was the foundation of their career as it gave them a lot of experience. It’s very frustrating for College students/graduates with good grades to be turned down for a Job, due to “lack of experience.” They have to start somewhere.
I share below 5 reasons why Employers should consider giving them Job Opportunities:
“The figures showed that graduate unemployment had risen faster - from 10.6% to 20% - than unemployment for the UK as a whole (5.2% to a high of 7.9%).”
a) They can bring creative Ideas to your business which can help boost turnover. Mark Zuckerburg, founded Facebook with his friends when he was a teen. I bet if some of you employers could have forseen that, you would have given him a scholarship throughout college, with a job and a car to work for you immediately afterwards. Common now, be honest. (◕‿◕)
b) Stability in your company. The likelihood of them jumping ship within even 6 months of working for you will be slim because they are just getting to know the ropes. Most employees settle down in their first job, for a couple of years – so any training you invest in them, will not be wasted. I stayed in my first job which was "Administrative" for 8 years.
c) You don’t need to pay them a high salary. I am not implying they should be taken for granted and being paid $3 or £3 per hour, but it is a known thing in the employment industry, that people get paid a higher salary, if they have more experience.
d) Give Back - Repay the opportunity given to you. At a time in life, you were given an opportunity of a first job. If it gives you cause for concern, offer a probation period of about 3 months. At least you gave it a try.
e) Finally, It looks good for your Business. You are doing something good for the economy. In UK, Lord Alan Sugar is one one of many who takes on apprentices.
Please give College Students & Graduates an opportunity, as stated earlier:
✰♡* They have to start somewhere. *♡✰

Hi Lady_E! Good advice. Younger people need a start in the workforce. I will provide this hub to those that have forgotten this in hopes that they will give someone a chance.
Hello, Lady_E , nice meeting you on a very enthusiastic hub for those who wants to fire, provided if they are given a good opportunity. All the five reasons you have given are note worthy. Congrats!
New grads are definitely facing difficulties becoming employed nowadays. Your psyche must have been tuned in because I am actually facing this right now. Although I'm working on a part time basis, it's not enough, and getting employed for what I went to school for has been a definite challenge, sometimes very frustrating. The part time work I'm doing is what I was doing even before I went to school. Although I am able to use some of what I was trained for, a lot of my training is not being utilized in my current job assignment, not to mention the financial strain because it is only a part time job. So many emotional ups and downs. Well, I'm not giving up, even though it's been months really. Wishing all new grads the best.
Awwwwwwww!! Thanks for the prayers and the big hug!!! And - thanks for your quick response, it's encouraging as I head out for my part time work, right now. Talk with you later and hope you have a fantastic day!!!

Reflecting the sluggish economy and increasing unemployment rate college graduates are facing one of the tightest job markets now a days. recent college graduates are increasingly turning to temporary employment for the first time. I agree with you and requesting through this comment:
"to all you business owners, give a new graduate one chance to prove themselves".
