Funny Highlights of Royal Wedding – William & Kate 2011

*•.¸♥¸•* * Oh… wasn’t it a gorgeous wedding. I hope you were able to watch it and if you didn’t, well I hope you have seen the photo’s. A lot happened in London on the day of The Royal Wedding and there were very funny moments too – which I share below.

1. The Clergyman in Church doing Cartwheels.
See video clip below - A friend of mine said, she was glad he had trousers on underneath. The Cartwheel was done after the wedding. So, he must have been happy the event went well because I am sure he and others had worked hard in preparation.

2. Frowning Bridesmaid
Grace Van Custem
A 3-year-old bridesmaid and daughter of Hugh van Cutsem, a close friend of Prince William - according to Vanity Fair. She covered her ears (bottom Left in photo) and because I was watching it Live, I am sure it was because of the noisy planes that flew over the Palace.
I have been to Air Shows and know how noisy those planes are. Grace is also Prince William's goddaughter and the great-great-great-granddaughter of William Waldorf Astor.

3. Dancing Policeman
A policeman entertained the crowds. I think he was excited even though when interviewed he said he was in full control. Anyway, it was nice to see a Policeman let his hair down a bit.

4. The Aston Martin
Harry and William have a great sense of humour and no one ever saw this stint coming. However, it was nice to see and everyone laughed at the “Learner” sign in front and the number plate “JustWed” behind it.
The vintage 1969 Aston Martin Volante was a birthday gift from the Queen to Prince Charles on his 21st Birthday. In the photo below, William is looking up because his colleagues from the RAF are flying in a helicopter above him – escorting him to Clarence House. Nice touch.
........ and they lived Happily Ever After.

There was a very happy feeling about the wedding and your funny moments supports the over all sense of joy that people seemed to be sharing.
I for one enjoyed watching the ceremony and thought that the choir was sensational.
I was expecting someone to do a hub about the wedding and am glad that you have produced one that shows something different from the day.

Hi Lady E! One of my favorite moments is when kate joined William after being escorted by her father and he told her "you look beautiful." Also when little Grace covered her ears on the balcony. Thanks for sharing the wedding with us. God bless!

Lady E, Fantastic! What beautiful, exciting highlights from the "Royal Wedding Festivities!” I am sure it was a sight to see up close and personal! I pray that this is a growing, lasting and joyous union for Prince William & Princess Kathryn… The Lord knows that they will be living under the scrutiny of the press! It was a beautiful day and a beautiful wedding. William and Harry are handsome men and Diana would be so proud of them. They are fun loving and seem to be very close. I think those two have humbled the Royal Family.
Kate and William appear to be very much in love and she seems to be dealing with her celebrity quite well. I believe she will be a grand addition to the royal family. I loved the way William looked at her and whispered, “You look beautiful.” I wish them well…

That bridesmaid was Camilla's granddaughter. She definitely was "not amused".
All the people in the world had watched this wedding. Prince William and Kate Middleton as the perfect couple. I really enjoy the royal wedding through my television. Well done, my friend. Rated up!
