“Laughter is Good Medicine” is not just a saying – it’s actually a Proverb in the Bible. If you laugh a lot – all stress and tension goes away. You can find laughter in so many things:
A) You can find laughter in Funny
Movies and Comedies, such as:
- Rush hour.
- 3 Fugitives.
- Dumb and Dumber.
- White chicks.
- Mrs Doubtfire.
- Coming to America.
- Little Britain (TV Comedy).
- Scrubs (TV Medical Comedy).
- My Wife and Kids (TV Family Comedy).

Lady_E, I'm a lady with a six pack. Is the denomination "six-pack" for abdominal muscles really exclusively used for males? Interesting.

I used to think so.. I think 6 pack should be used for both sexes but notice when they advertise exercise gadgets on TV channels, the women always talk about how toned their "Abs" are. Interesting point.... I will do some search on google. :)
