I sense my readers are raising an eyebrow, but why not serve alcohol at work?

Here are some benefits:

1) Communication will be Honest – Staff will say exactly what is on their mind with no reservations. This will include what they think about their boss, their colleagues and the Company.

2)Better Attendance– There will be no one pulling “sickies” (calling in sick) as staff will be willing to come to work. They know at some point in the day, there will be the an occasion for a drink.

3) More Pay Rises– As Bosses will be in a merry mood, they are more likely to give staff increased wages. Negotiations will be easier and faster. No hesitation on signing the dotted line.

4) Staff Look Better – When people have had a few drinks, every woman looks gorgeous and every man looks handsome. So staff will get on better with each other. Every one looks good, every one feels good.

5)Photocopying Backsides – Sitting on the Photocopier, taking photos of bums, will no longer be an offence. So, no verbal warnings or disciplinary action.
